Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is prepared for shipment.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.95 applies.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days.

International Warehouse Shipping: 7–21 business days (delivery times may vary due to customs).

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking link sent via email.

You can monitor your package’s journey from our store to your doorstep.

International Shipping & Duties (Not Available at this time.)

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at rosemarysettlesreyes@settles-lane.com within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Restrictions

At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Certain oversized or fragile items may have limited shipping options.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
